Selling is a Full-Contact Sport—Train Like It.

Sales isn’t about fancy words. It’s about confidence, presence, and the ability to take a hit and keep going.

Just like in the gym, you either dominate or you get dominated.

How Training Builds Sales Dominance

Lifting Heavy Trains You to Handle Pressure

  • The guy who stays calm under a 400-pound squat is the same guy who stays calm under a million-dollar deal.

  • When you train to handle physical stress, you naturally handle mental and financial stress better.

Reps Build Skill—In the Gym and in Sales

  • You don’t hit a 300-pound bench press on your first day. You put in the reps.

  • Selling is the same. You make the calls, close the deals, and refine your approach every day.

Strength Commands Respect—People Can Feel It

  • A weak handshake? People remember that.

  • A strong frame, good posture, and the presence of someone who takes care of themselves? That closes deals before you even open your mouth.

How to Apply This in Business

  1. Start training like it’s mandatory. A stronger body = a stronger presence.

  2. Use the gym as practice for handling pressure. If you can stay composed under weight, you can stay composed in business.

  3. Sales is a game of confidence—make sure yours is undeniable.

Until next time,

Trey
