Content marketing works, but most business owners don’t have time to sit around thinking of posts every day. Instead of scrambling last minute, batch-create a full month of content in just one hour.

Step 1: Pick your five content pillars. These are the main themes you’ll talk about. For most businesses, this includes...

  • Authority-building posts

  • Problem-solving posts

  • Personal stories

  • Social proof

  • Promotional content

Step 2: List out five topics under each pillar. Don’t overthink this. Keep it simple. If one of your pillars is problem-solving, your topics could be “The biggest mistake businesses make with paid ads” or “How to fix a broken sales funnel in five minutes.”

Step 3: Write headlines for all 25 posts. This is the hardest part, so knock it out first. The rest will flow naturally.

Step 4: Turn each headline into a short-form post. Use a simple structure: hook, value, takeaway. You don’t need to write an essay. Just give them something useful in 2-3 paragraphs.

Step 5: Schedule everything in advance. Use a scheduler like Meta’s Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram, or a tool like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Spend one hour writing, and you’re set for the entire month.

This system eliminates the daily stress of content creation and ensures your audience hears from you consistently without you lifting a finger after setup.
