Most people overcomplicate Instagram. The real game is simple: post consistently, make sure every post is worth engaging with, and convert followers into customers.
Here’s the weekly formula that works:
Monday: Authority Post – Share a lesson, insight, or strong opinion about your industry.
Tuesday: Social Proof – A testimonial, case study, or screenshot of results you’ve gotten.
Wednesday: Lead-Generating Content – A direct post about how people can work with you, paired with a call to action.
Thursday: Personal Story – Something about your journey, mindset, or how you think about business.
Friday: FAQ or Myth-Busting – Answer a common question or debunk an industry misconception.
Saturday: Engagement Post – A poll, controversial opinion, or a "This or That" style post to get people talking.
Sunday: Soft Sell – Another direct post, but framed as a solution rather than a pitch.
Post five to seven times a week, reply to every comment and DM, and make sure every post is easy to read. If you follow this, Instagram growth is just a matter of time.
